SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship GPS rental devices within the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Delays and Issues

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the GPS device must be in its original condition, with no damage or alterations. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the rental end date.
Process To initiate a return, contact us at support@geogeardepot.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Return to Supplier
Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned GPS device, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at GeoGearLLC@gmail.com
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and any items marked as final sale.
